This week at A Spoon full of Sugar we are going to use the colours blue & green. It is such beautiful colours! And for this image I have used Distress Ink, weathered wood (blueish) and old paper (greenish). I like them so much, and think they give the image a soft look.
The papers I have used are from Basic Grey and Prima. The green and the blue papers are from BG, Porcelain. And the paper with the flowers on is from Prima, Flirty Notecards. The image is Willow with hot chocolate, Whiff of Joy's best selling stamp.
The flowers are from Prima and Mulberry roses. I have also added some mesh.

SvarSlettCamilla this is just exquisite. I have no idea how you use distress inks to colour an image but whenever I see this technique I think it looks amazing. You get such a translucent feel to the colour - it's so striking. Must get some tips from you sometime.
