Here is the finished result of my card for this week's challenge at one of my favourite challenge blogs,
Magnolia Down Under!:) The theme is Easel Cards, and it was so fun to make one again.
I am still practising Copics.
I feel more to make Autum cards now than summer cards, so I have used stamps from last year's Autumn collection at
Magnolia.
And later in this post you will see what she is baking:) It is my husband Bjarne's favourite cookies;)
I have masked Tilda together with the fork and knife-stamp. And the paper (from Magnolia) edges are inked with walnut stain, and sewed with my sewing machine.
Once again I have used the lovely flowers from Kort og Godt. The flowerbuds are from WOC.
On the flowers and around the edges I have put Stickles-Star Dust.
I had to put on the little silverheart, it matches the text from Magnolia perfectly:) I have also used the DooHickey border die from Magnolia, can you see that it has the same lacepatteren as Tildas waist slip?!:)
Here is a photo from above. The gorgeous heart is a clipboard from Melissa Frances, and the ribbons are from Papirloftet. I have glued on the pearls (Melissa Frances), and uses them to hold up the card.
I promised you a recipe, and it is some delicious chocolate cookies that are so easy to make. I actually got them first time when I was a judge at a cooking contest at my school. Sometimes it is great to be a teacher!;)
And I must say that my studens are excellent cooks!
First a photo:
They are called
"Smart cookies".
First start with mixing 125 gram butter and 3 decilitre sugar. It has to be mixed so well that it becomes white.
Then add 2 eggs. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 2 teaspoons vanilla powder (I am not sure if that is the right word). 4,5 decilitre plain flour. And 1 decilitre baking cocoa.
Mix it together, and then make about 20 cookies which you put on the (I use two) ovenplate. Have them in the oven for 10 minutes, and at 175 degree centigrade.
Bon Apetit!!
Thank you so much for visiting my blog, and I wish you a lovely day!:)
