I have learned new things from a blog post. One other thing I have discovered is that in many instances, FSBO sellers can reject anyone. Remember, they would prefer to never use your solutions. But if you maintain a comfortable, professional partnership, offering help and being in contact for four to five weeks, you will usually manage to win a conversation. From there, a listing follows.
