This week at A Spoon Full of Sugar we have an exciteing challenge:
to make a different shaped card.
I have used my nesties to make a heart shaped card. It was for my brother who turned 16 in January. So it is a while since I made it.
Here it is, and further down I will show you how I put it together.
Here are some of the parts. This is most to show you the corners (the blue ones). I folded them like you see on the photo.
Put all together, and sewed around the heart.
On the other side I first sewed all the parts together (heart), then I glued the heart to the corners.Here you can watch it from the side:
Edwin from Magnolia is coloured with Distresses. And I have also distressed all the edges with Distress, vintage photo.
On the back:
Give it a try, it is fun!!
