Lady Tilda

Here is an image I coloured two nights ago, when meeting up with Janne and Audhild. It is so fun to sit together colouring (and talking:)) Okay I only coloured two images the whole evening....:)

And put it all together today. All papers are from Magnolia, so gorgeous. I have focused on the colour blue when making this card, cause it fits a new challenge;)

As usual I have used my Distresses.

The text is also from Magnolia. The photo corner is a QK. And I have added Crackle Accents to the flower again. The edges are inked with Walnut Stain, and sewed. I have added Stickles-Star Dust to the flowers, and some places on Tilda. The butterfly is coloured with Crackle Paint-Picket Fence. And the whole card is sprayed with Glimmer Mist.

Especially for you:)

An other friend of mine, Audhild celebrated her birthday yesterday! So I made her this card:) I have used Peony Tilda from the Wedding Collection, Magnolia. I think she fits birthday cards nicely aswell:)

If you look closely at the photo under, you can see that I have added Crackle Accents to the flower, I like the crackle effect it gives. I have bought mine at Unik Hobby. And as usual I have coloured with Distress Inks. I have some secret plans about trying to use something different to colour the images with;) But I have to try it first to see if it is something for me... Anyway, the dress is in Victorian Velvet, and I have used Walnut Stain for the dark shadows on it.

All the papers are from Melissa Frances, from the same collection that I used on the Mermaid-card. Love the soft tones on her papers!

I have used the DooHickey border die again! It is so beautiful, and I thougth it matched the lace on her dress:) All flowers are from Magnolia.

Mermaid Tilda:)

Here I have made a card for a lovely friend of mine, Janne. She celebrated her birthday some days ago.

I have used the sweet Mermaid image from Magnolia's summer stamp kit. The "Especially for you"-text is also from Magnolia.

The image is coloured with Distress Ink, reinkers. I have used tattered rose and walnut stain on Tilda's mermaid outfit.

As you may see, I have added a lot of Stickles-Star Dust on her fin. The spots on the edge are made with a stamp from Stempelglede. And I have used the colour Weathered Wood. Also the same colour on the shadows around Tilda. I have used Stickles on the flowers, but here the colour Platinum. I have added Crackle Accents on the bubbles. The whole card is sprayed with Glimmer Mist.

The opening for the tag is made with a Color box ink pad, and then cut out with scissors. And the text on the tag is also from Stempelglede. I got the idea for the shells from my DT friend Kim. They are embossed with embossing powder-clear, then inked with walnut stain. I have used them as "leaves" behind the flowers.

I have also made this card for some challenges; first I have used the lovely sketch by Deb at Cute Card Thursday. And I have then tried to make a vintage looking card which is the theme at Just Magnolia this week. And I also qualify for the first challenge at Magical Monday, where the theme is glitter.

Alvekort med Papiliostempel

Endelig har jeg fått laget et kort med stempelet som jeg vant fra Papilio Stamps!:) Tusen takk Malin, motivet er helt nyydelig!! Og så med de flotte vingene, fulle av glitter!

Jeg har fargelagt alven med Distress Ink, reinkers. Mye i victorian velvet. På vingene har jeg brukt Weathered Wood, Victorian Velvet og Pumice Stone. Ja og masse Stickles- Star Dust. I tillegg er kortet dynket med Glimmer Mist-Pearl.

Jeg har stemplet med Archival Ink-Jet Black, på 300g akvarellpapir.

Hjørnestempelet er fra Stempelglede, og stemplet med Archival Ink-Coffee.

Under ser du et nærbilde av den vakre nøkkelen som jeg har fått av min venn Camilla. Og jeg har gjort som henne, limt den oppå blomstene:)

Papirene er fra Prima, og så fine med sommerfugler på. Blomstene er fra WOC og Hobbyhimmelen. Bladene og fotohjørnene er stanset ut med QK. Bokstavklistremerkene er fra Making Memories. Jeg har malt med Crackle Paint-Picket Fence bak, og over med -Clear. Kantene er svertet med Walnut Stain og sydd med symaskin.

Ser du på bildene at solen kom hit i dag:)) Det var så herlig å kunne ta på seg shorts og t-skjorte og være ute i dag, uten å fryse!:)

Here comes my second card with the new Stampkit stamps from Magnolia. Here I have masked together three stamps, and coloured the little scene with Distress Ink, Reinkers. Mainly in blue and white colours. The flowers are also in white-blue colours.

The image is a little big, but behind that I have used four different patterned papers from Magnolia, and one corrugated cardboard. I have used Tim Holtz distressing tool on the edges, and I have also embossed some of the edges with UTEE and embossing powder-clear. I have added walnut stain, and in the end sewed the papers together with a sewing machine. I have added Stickles-Platinum around the edges on the image. The whole card is sprayed with Glimmer Mist. I have added some Stickles-Star Dust to the waves on the image, and Crackle Accents on the sails, and on Tilda's cap.

Sailor Edwin in trouble?:)

Here I have made a card with some of the new Magnolia stamps! I have masked together two images from the kit, and coloured them with Distress Ink, Reinkers. The text is also from the kit.

All the papers are from Magnolia. And if you look closely you can see that I have used real shells on the card:) And I really love the ship-charm, perfect for a sailor-card.

I would like to enter Magnolia Down Under Challenge this week, as their theme is seasons, and this is SUMMER:)

Et nytt bryllupskort!:)

Dere er sikkert kjempeleie av bryllupskort nå;) Men jeg har nå likevel et til.. Motivet fra Magnolia er så fint, og enkelt å fargelegge. Swirlene rundt kantene er også fra Magnolia, samt papirene. Teksten er fra Stempelglede.

Jeg har påført Stickles-Star Dust på kjolen og Crackle Accents på blomstene. Også her har jeg brukt Doo Hickeys dien.

Nå holder jeg på med fargelegging av nye supersøte stempler fra Sommer-kit'et!:) Syns Edwin i matrosdress er en riktig skjønning, så kommer nok et kort med han snart.

Flower Girl Tilda

Her kommer endelig et nytt kort i bloggen:) Søte Tilda fra Magnolia, som blomsterjente i et bryllup.

Jeg har fargelagt kjolen hennes først i Weathered Wood, og så et strøk med Victorian Velvet.

Teksten er fra Stempelglede. Og de nydelige papirene er fra Magnolia, så fine i blått og beige. Kantene er svertet med Walnut Stain, og sydd med symaskin.

Jeg har satt 3D-puter på en del papir, så kortet kommer litt ut. Og om du ser riktig nøye etter ser du at jeg har fått meg Doo Hickeys-blonde-die'en fra Magnolia. Lekker, og lett å bruke på min Revolution maskin.

I dag kom også sommerkitet fra Magnolia i posten.

Men med nesten 200,- i toll!! Herlighet, er det bare meg som er irritert på den lave tollsatsen i Norge!?!
