A new card for Maja Design

Hi everyone! 

Here is my latest card for Maja Design,

where I have used the beautiful collection 

Vintage Summer Basics.

And very soon there will come some new yummy papers

from Maja Design, 

Miles Apart.

They will be released to the retailers on the 10th of August.

You can read more about it in the Maja Blog.

But now back to my card...

It's a frame card, which I made for my friends birthday.

I have also used Sitting Tilda from Magnolia's collection 

called Fluttering Butterfly Collection. 

She is coloured with Distress Ink, reinkers and Markers.

A lollipop card!

Hi everyone! 

I hope you are fine. 

Tonight I will show you a lollipop card I made some weeks ago.

I used the stamps from the Stamp Club Box #3.

Which are now called the Fluttering Butterfly Collection.

The beautiful stamp I have used is called 

Flower Petal Tilda.

While I made this card, I filmed the prosess. 

So if you would like to see how it is made,

please have a look at the video under here. 

The card is fasten to a straw, 

so that it looks like a lollipop :)

The lovely papers are from 

Maja Design.

The image is coloured with Distress Ink, 

reinkers and Markers. 

And I have added Stickles Star Dust to her  dress and flowers.

The text above her is also from the Fluttering Butterfly Collection. As well as the cute butterflies I have placed around her.

Inspiration for Maja Design today!

Hi everyone! 

I hope you are enjoying the Summer.

Here is my first inspiration card for Maja Design

this month. 

I have used papers from the wonderful  

Denim & Girls Collection. 

I have made the flowers with the Maja papers and Magnolia dies 

from the 

POP UP BOX Midsummer Nights Dream.

The lovely fence is a die from the Magnolia Day.

The image and text is also from this box.

New Challenge at TOMIC!

Hi everyone! 

It is time for a new challenge at TOMIC,

and this time the theme is

SUMMER & SEA.

My card is mostly summer inspired. 

But I belive that Tilda is sitting on the beach

with her mobile phone.

She is called Selfie Tilda, 

and is from the World Wide Web Collection 2015.

The image is coloured with Distress Ink,

re-inkers and Markers.

I have put Liquid pearls in Tilda's hair 

and around her. 

You can also spot some Frantage on the edges around her.

I have sewed the paper edges with my sewing machine.

The orchids are made with Magnolia dies,

and Foamiran.

The paper used are from Maja Design 

and the Summertime collection.

The butterfly is also made with a Magnolia die.

I have cut it out twice.

The text Shot from the Heart

is also from the WWW Collection.

Denim all the way! ;)

Hi there! Have you seen the Denim Collection from Magnolia? It is so cool! I just love the dies and two stamps:) I have used Sitting Denim Tilda for my card, and coloured her with Distress ink as usual. She is the sweetest. In her hair I have also put some liquid pearls. 

I have made the tags and the pocket on the right side with the dies from the Denim Collection. 

The pattern papers are from Maja Design, and the Denim & Friends Collection.

Maja Design Mood Board for July & August

Hi there! Here comes my inspiration card for the Maja Design Mood Board; 

with Rose Princess Tilda 

from the I Belive in Unicorn Collection 2017. 

You can read about the challenge HERE. And here is the inspiration board:

My card is an easel card, 

and you can write a greeting on the tag on the top of the card.

Strawberries and butterflies are made with dies from Magnolia. 

I have added some Stickles - Star Dust on to them.

The flowers are also made with dies from Magnolia. 

I have cut them out, then sprayed them with water and curled them. 

Left them to dry up.

The beautiful pattern papers are from Maja Design and the Summertime collection. 

The text is from Stempelglede.

I have put some Sisal grass under the flowers and strawberries. 

The image is coloured with Distress Ink, reinkers and Markers. 

I have coloured her like a little strawberrie :) 

The pearls in her hair and around her are made with Liquid Pearls.

DT All About Magnolia Challenge #25 ~ All about Summer

Hi there! 

It is time for a new challenge at the wonderful

All About Magnolia (AAM) Challenge blog.

The theme is Summer.

And here is my card. 

The image is from the I belive in Unicorn Collection 2017,

and is called Tiara Tilda.

She has such a beautiful hair, 

which I have put some Liquid Pearls in.

I have coloured the image with Distress Ink, re-inkers and Markers. 

I use The Langton watercolour paper to stamp on, 

and I stamp with a Memento ink pad,

rich cocoa. 

The shape of the card is made with a GoKreate die. 

The circle dies for the image is from Spellbinder. 

And all other dies used are from Magnolia.

The pattern papers are from Maja Design.

Now some details.

A Nautical card for Maja Design

Hi there!
I hope that you are having a lovely week. Here comes my card for Maja Design.

The image is from Magnolia and is called "Tilda playing in the water". It is coloured with Distress Ink, reinkers. I have put crackle accents on to the jellyfishs and the starfish. The shells are from a local interior shop. The postmarks around the image are stamps from Stempelglede. I have also added some spots with liquid pearls here and there.

 I have cut the waves out from Maja papers and the Life by the sea collection; and the ducks from Bazzill Kraft paper. The dies are from the Magnolia DooHickey Club vol 1. 

Under you see the inside of the card. I have made a sail, just to build up under the nautical look;)

Vintage Garden ♥

Heisann!

Håper alle har hatt en god sommer til nå, og dette er jo bare begynnelsen:)

I dag kommer jeg med et kort som jeg har laget til Ett Trykk sitt andre nummer i år. Oppgaven min var #struktur&tekstur. 

Jeg tenkte først at dette er en sjanger langt utenfor min komfortsone... Men etter en del grubling, og også at jeg måtte lese meg opp på hva som egentlig kunne komme innenfor definisjonen av begrepene struktur og tekstur, så endte jeg opp med dette kortet.   

Stemplene jeg har brukt er ifra Stempelglede – “Vintage Garden”, “Vintage Baby”, “Post Card from Paris”, “Følg Hjertet Ditt”. Og så har jeg til en forandring laget mønsterarket selv! Egentlig mye styr bare for så lite som vises:) Her er framgangsmåten: Først stempler du en swirl fra Stempelglede sin plate Vintage Garden, flere ganger etter hverandre. Jeg brukte her The Langton akvarellpapir, som måler 10x14 cm. Bruk Distress embossing Ink til å stemple med. Dryss over med Clear embossing pulver, og smelt med varmluftspistol. Svamp så over arket og swirlene med Distress Ink (pad) med fargene Weathered Wood, Pumice Stone og Tea Dye. Kantene er så svertet med Walnut Stain.

Motivet er laget på denne måten: Fargelegg motivet fra Stempelglede sin plate Vintage Garden med Distress Ink re-inkers. Påfør så UTEE 3-4 ganger over motivet, og smelt det med varmluftpistol etter hver gang. Legg så motivet i frysen for en liten stund.

Hent motivet i frysen. Det måler 8x6 cm. Knekk litt på det, så det ser ut som om glass som har sprukket. Kutt det opp i 12 like kvadrat (2x2 cm). Kutt et ark 9x7 cm, og mal det med Crackle Paint-Picket Fence. La det tørke (evt. blås på med varmluftpistol -så tørker det fortere). Lim så på de 12 bitene litt fra hverandre.

Her kommer resten av beskrivelsen av kortet: Pynt med serviett, blonder, blomster, bånd, perler, og sommerfugler (Stemple sommerfuglene på kaffefilter og mal dem med Distress Ink, re-inker i farger som passer sammen med motivet. Klipp dem ut.) og frimerker fra Stempelglede. Kutt til bølgepapp sånn at det akkurat stikker fram fra motivet, og mal det med hvit Gesso. Fest det under motivet, og legg også en liten lomme der til tag'ene som er stanset ut fra en Magnolia die-Tilda Tag. Påfør Crackle Paste her og der på kantene, og mal over blomstene med Crackle Paint-Picket fence.

Kanter er svertet med Distress Ink pute – Walnut stain, og sydd med symaskin.

Under kommer noen flere detaljfoto, litt for å vise 3D-effekten i kortet.
