Deep Ocean Challenge #24 {Punch & Dies}

Here finally comes the card I made to my beautiful niece Savannah that turned one year some weeks ago!
The time flies, it feels like it was yesterday she was born.
And as you can see my whole card is made with Dies-Go Kreate.
I have also used the DooHickeys from Magnolia-So Wrapped Lovely and Tilda Tag.
And the image is placed on a circle made with a Spellbinder Die.
The numbers and letters are Thickers from American Crafts.
And I have used some beautiful roses from WOC:
To make the leaves I have used a punch from Martha Stewart.
The image is Baby Tilda from Princes & Princesses Collection 2012.
I have coloured her with Distress Markers and Distress Ink refillers.
I have also added Liquid Pearls-white, Crackle Accents and Stickles-Star Dust to the image.
I use brush size 0 and 00, and the water colour papers is hot pressed 300g.
The post stamp is from Kort&Godt.
Behind the image I have put a doily and some cheese cloth.
All the papers edges are sewed and inked with Walnut Stain.
And the pattern papers are from Magnolia.

Deep Ocean Challenges #23 ~ Song Inspiration ♥

Hi there!
After a lovely Easter Holiday,  I have a card to show you for the Deep Ocean Challenges
The theme this time is to make a Song Inspired Project, I have been inspired by
for my card.
I got my hands on some new papers from Fab Scraps, and was trying to colour up Tilda in some matching colours:) And again I have used my Distress Markers. I can't get the black one, Black Soot, to work, so for the black I still use my ink, the same for her cheeks. I haven't dared to try the markers there. I am afraid it will be a too strong colour.
I have used some gorgeous lilies from WOC. And the swirls stamped around Tilda is from Stempelglede. Behind the image I have put some cheese cloth and some corrugated paper. The pearls I have used are from Kaiser Crafts.
Here you see the flowers from an other angel.
And some pictures to show you the layers, and 3D effects.

And another picture of the cutie:)
You can also read this post in my Magnolia blog.
I hope you liked it, and that you got inspired to join the challenge at Deep Ocean Challenge Blog!
Thank you for visiting.

Deep Ocean Challenges #22 ~ Masking or use more than one stamp (sentiment not included)

Finally I have made a card again. This time for Deep Ocean Challenges. For the next two weeks we want to see masking or that you use more than one stamp on your project.
I love making scenes with the masking technique.
Here I have put together three Magnolia stamps. The Magnolia tree, Spring Fence and Tilda's family.
For colouring I have used Distress Markers and Distress Ink (mostly the Markers).
The cute charm I have used is from Hjerteboden, and called Bottle
Also the papers from Pion Design are bought in Hjerteboden ♥.
I have used stamps from Stempelglede (Vintage Garden) around the image. The post stamp is an old one from Crafty Individuals.
{You can also view this card in my Magnolia blog}
Please take a look in the Deep Ocean Challenge blog for more inspiration
from my super talented teammates!!
Thank you for visiting my blog.
Have a lovely evening:)

DOC #21 ~ Butterflies ♥

It is time for another fun challenge at
This time we want to see BUTTERFLIES on your project!
I have used Magnolia's Tilda Princess of the Valley for my card.
She is the cutest and probably my favorite from this collection.
I have coloured her with the new Distress Markers, on The Langton extra smooth Hot pressed paper, 300g.
Here are the colors I have used:
Skin: Antique Linen, Tattered Rose, Tea Dye and Vintage Photo
Dress: Weathered Wood, Walnut Stain and Black Soot
Hair: Antique Linen, Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain
Shoes: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain
I haven't gotten all the colors yet, so for the green I have used my Distress Reinkers (Shabby Shutters, Peeled Paint). Also her cheeks (mix of Tattered Rose and Aged Mahogany) and some Faded Jeans on the bluebells. It is fine to mix both Markers and Inks.
I don't use these markers the same way as I color with copics, more the same way as I color with Distress Reinkers. I lay on the color bit by bit and blend it out with my painting brush (Synthetic 00 and 0), with a little water on, as they are water colors.
The papers I have used are from Pion Design, also the butterflies I have cut out are from Pion papers.
The one under is DooHickeys from Magnolia.
The swirls around the image are from Stempelglede (Vintage Garden)

Deep Ocean Challenge #19 {Pink & Brown}

Happy Valentine from me and Valentino ♥♥♥
Here comes my pink and brown card for the challenge at Deep Ocean Challenge Blog (DOC).
A little Shabby Chic? Don't you think?:)
I made this card after attending Hilde's workshop at Papirfesten, thanks for all the inspiration!
I have used some white paint here and there, totally inspired by Karita and Minna. I got to try some of the paint that my friend Bente had brought with her.
Valentino is from Magnolia, and he is coloured with Distress Ink, reinkers. The pinkish colour is a mix of several colours: Aged Mahogany, Tattered Rose, Victorian Velvet, Weathered Wood and Dusty Concord.
After adding the mix, I started over again with the shadows in Black Soot.
The tags are from Magnolia (DooHickeys die), and all the ribbons and flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.
The super gorgeous papers are from MAJA DESIGN
Have you visited the new blog?
Please do so, and you will also have the chance to win some of the lovely papers from Marie (the paper designer)!
You can also read this post in my Magnolia Blog.
I hope you are having a great evening, maybe filled with some romance;)

Deep Ocean Challenges ~ Love you! {Tilda with wrapped heart ♥}

It is time for a new challenge at
Deep Ocean Challenge Blog
to night!
And this time the theme is LOVE YOU.
Tilda with Wrapped Heart fits this challenge well I think.
She is colored with Distress Inks. I have mixed together several colors here, like Aged Maghogany, Tattered Rose, Dusty Concord and Weathered Wood. And at the end I have put Black Soot at some places.
The lovely papers are from Maja Design, and the Ska vi ta en Fika? collection.
I have used:
#Lejas Café
# Blommor på bordet
# Havrerutor
The stamps around Tilda (both text and swirls) are from Stempelglede.
The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Craft. And the tag is made with a DooHickey dies from Magnolia.

Deep Ocean Challenge #15 {Warm Wishes}

Hei!

Her ser du litt av luken.

Dette blir sikkert min siste post før julaften, så jeg må bare benytte anledningen til å
ønske alle en
MAGISK JUL!
Jeg gleder meg masse til å feire julaften sammen med familien og verdens beste Savannah!:))
Tusen takk for at du besøker bloggen min!
