My tutorial at the Whiff of Joy Inspirations and tutorial blog ~ Tagcard

Hello! I love this project you made!!! I really would like to ask you what is this white round lace-like you have behind the tag.. is it a die cut? If so how did you make it? Or did you buy it premade..if so how is it called so i could find one too? Thanks alot in advance!!
