DT Stempelglede ~ A Christmas tag

Here I have made a tag with a gorgeous stamp from Stempelglede. It is from the collection "Vintage Christmas".
I have made the tag with a Tim Holtz Die - Tags and Bookplates. The frame is also from the same die-set.
I have stamped the image with Archival Ink-Jet Black on glossy paper, then used UTEE several times for the crackle effect. I have also painted with Crackle Paint-Picket Fence on the edges on the image and the tag.
The tag is bazzill-vanilla, I have decorated it with papers from Maja Design and Panduro.
The frame is also painted with Crackle Paint-Picket Fence.
The letters are from Making Memories, and I have added Crackle Accents onto them.
I have also decorated with some white roses, half a doily, lace and ribbon.
The edges are inked with Distress Ink-Walnut Stain, and sewed. They are also distressed wth Tim Holtz' distressing tool.
This tag is my first "card" to Hjertebodens Juleblogg for March,
♥♥♥
Thank you for visiting and have a lovely evening!

I have realized that over the course of creating a relationship with real estate proprietors, you'll be able to get them to understand that, in most real estate exchange, a commission rate is paid. Finally, FSBO sellers really don't "save" the commission rate. Rather, they struggle to earn the commission by means of doing a agent's work. In accomplishing this, they expend their money in addition to time to accomplish, as best they will, the jobs of an representative. Those jobs include uncovering the home via marketing, representing the home to all buyers, creating a sense of buyer emergency in order to trigger an offer, preparing home inspections, dealing with qualification inspections with the bank, supervising maintenance, and assisting the closing.
