A wedding book ♥

This weekend we have been to my cousin's wedding in Skagen, Denmark!
A beautiful wedding. Thomas and Tone got married outside in the hotel garden.
And afterwards we ate in a stable!:)
I made the wedding card as a book.
The papers I have used are 6x6 papers from Magnolia. They are really lovely!
As usual I have coloured with Distress Ink, reinkers. The image is called "Bridal Couple", and is from Magnolia's Wedding Collection 2010.
Inside the card, I have put some "romantic" candy.

The sentiment on the left side is from Stempelglede.

Card Recipe:
StampsMagnolia.
Sentiment: Stempelglede.
Papers: Magnolia.
Tools: DooHickey-tag and tomantic lace, Spellbinders-Petite Oval Large+Scallop, Sewing Machine.
Embellishments: Pearls, flowerberries, doily, rosebuds, roses, charm, floss, lace, seem binding ribbon, Melissa Frances-heart.
Other: Stickles-Star Dust, Crackle Accents.
Medium: Distress Ink, reinkers.

Based on my observation, after a property foreclosure home is marketed at an auction, it is common with the borrower to still have the remaining balance on the personal loan. There are many financial institutions who seek to have all expenses and liens paid back by the future buyer. On the other hand, depending on a number of programs, polices, and state legislation there may be many loans that aren't easily sorted out through the exchange of lending products. Therefore, the responsibility still rests on the client that has got his or her property foreclosed on. Many thanks for sharing your opinions on this web site.
