Cute Card Thursday: Challenge #3 - People

Time for another challenge!! Fab Cute Card Thursday's challenge this week is PEOPLE. Any people image is fine, it could be Magnolias, Bellas, Nellies, Lolas or any others.

I used this image of Tilda (Magnolia). In my opinion they are the cutest little creatures in the whole stamping world;) Here I've used two Magnolia stamps, Tilda and the flowers. The text is from Stempelglede. The papers are just wonderful, and so colourful!! Fancy Papers, Sweet Spring. The big flower (retro) is punched out.

The images are painted with Distress Ink.

Tilda & Co Challenge 13~~ MIX & MATCH!!

Finally I gave myself some time to partisipate in this week Tilda & Co Challenge. The challenge: "Mix & Match 2 Magnolia Stamp images together to make 1 Image. Have a play and mix & Match your magnolia stamps to come up with a Unique Magnolia Image."
What a fun challenge I thought, and came up with this card!!:

Here I've matched Tilda with the ballons (+given her some more ballons!) with Tilda's face from a stamp with Tilda with a present.

Påsken/Easter 2008

Happy Easter to you all!!

Now I've been relaxing for some days up in the mountain. There I had time to make some cards (mainly confirmation-cards)!! I had company of my sister-in-law Anne-Grete. She made some great cards as well. And we had great fun!

This stamp I've borrowed from my friend Audhild. I belive it's from Wipper Snapper. The papers are from Karen Foster and My Mind's Eye. The text is rubbed on, from Norsk Stempelblad.
This stamp is from the ones I borrowed from Janne, her Joanna Sheen plate. The paper is from Karen Foster, the text in the envelope is from Papirloftet (for sale now! Easter-sale). The text at the top is from Norsk Stempelblad.Another one with the cute babybear. The paper is from Flair Design and Daisy Bucket. I've painted the stamps with Distress Ink.

Marlenes challenge

I have planned to partisipate in Marlenes challange for some days now, and here is my card.

Her challenge is that your creation has to have some green and some ribbon (alot or a little) in it. This can be a card, scrapbook page, altered item… anything at all..

On March the 28. her 12 years old son is picking out the winner, it's on his birthday!!:)

For my card I've used pattern papers from Basic Grey -Scarlet's letter (among the ruins) and Rusty Pickle (Months & Seasons). The tag is from Papir i Hjertet. The cute little napkin I bought from Hilde Røisehagen. The letters are QK-sophisticate. The buttons and flowers are from Making Memories. I've inked the borders with Dark Brown Chalk from Color Box. The stamp from Magnolia is painted with Distress Ink.

Cute Card Thursday: Challenge #1 - New Beginnings

A new blog challenge: Cute Card Thursday!! The challenge is to use the theme of new beginnings or 1st's. This could be new baby, new home,new job, wedding or anything else 'new' or any other 1st you can think of.

This is my card for this cute challenge, to the newborn baby Mathea.

Tilda & Co ~*~ Challenge 10~*~ From Boys to Men

Here comes my card to this week Tilda & Co Challenge. It's so fun to take part in this challenge, specially since I love Magnolia. Have always loved them:)

For this challenge, I challenged my husband to decide which Magnolia stamp to use, since he is a man..!;) He went for Prince Edwin. I wanted the dog (one of my favorite!), so then I made this card.

The calender stamp is from Ett Trykk, a great magasin for cardmakers, and who also sells stamps. The pattern paper are Steel Toe Mary Jane collection (the one with the crowns), Tres Jolie, and Karen Foster - Love that pet. Flowers from Prima.
As you can see, the dog has a crown in his necklace.

The calenderstamp says "It's your day! Congratulations!" It's not easy to see, but I have also stitched the border of the largest patternpaper (Karen Foster). The money is from Kort & Godt. I've painted Prins Edwin with Distress Ink/refill (faded jeans, aged mahogany, tattered rose, mustard seed), and his dog (vintage photo, walnut stain). The borders are inked with broken china.

A pyramid card

Jeg fant en side med instruksjoner til pyramidekort, og ville gjøre et forsøk. Det var mye enklere enn jeg trodde. Og instruksjonene var gode:)

I found this instruction to a Pyramid card on StampOwl's Studio. And wanted to give it a try! It is much easyer than it looks like. It was really fun to make!:)

Spring is in the Air! Tilda - Challenge 9

In the last minute, here is my card for the Tilda & co Challenge 9: Spring is in the air!

It's with Tilda by the sea. Such a cute stamp. I've painted her with Distress Ink. And as you see, her dress is in Easter-yellow;) The background is painted with watercolours, H2O.

Det ble ei jente!! :) 8. mars

Gratulerer så mye med Mathea: Therese, Trond og Tuva!!

Min kusine/venninne har termin i DAG!! Så jeg venter spent, kanskje det blir en gutt?

Ville bare vise et Babykort jeg laget i dag....:) Mønsterark er ifra Basic Grey -LilyKate, og Daisy Bucket -Star Kissed collection. Litt styr med båndet, men klarte tilslutt å forme en sløyfe sånn jeg ville ha den:). Tagen er punchet ut. Teksten er ifra Stempelglede.

Konfirmasjonskort produksjon:)

Synes Rakle stemplene er kule, og nå har jeg endelig fått meg noen. Disse passer godt til konfirmasjonskort.

Malt med Distress Ink, mønsterark fra My Mind's Eye. Tag'en er trykket ut med Revolution. Tekststempel fra Stempelglede. Prima blomster, og pynten er ifra Kort & Godt. Swirls er fra Rhonna Farrer. Kartongen er bazzill sin "Vintage pink", som er min favoritt rosa kartong:)
På innsiden av kortet har jeg brukt en konvolutt, som er trykket ut med Revolution. Diktet "Magi" kommer ifra Stempelglede sine konfirmasjonstekster (anbefales!!)
