Friday Sketchers #103

Here I have made a card after the sketch at the challenge blog Friday Sketchers. Once again I have made her skin paler and softer. It is no reason, just want to do something else. But it is really nice to read that you like it this way too:) Thank you for your comments and questions!

I have once again stamped Tilda with brown ink, Archival Ink-Coffee, on 300g water colour paper. She is coloured with Distress Ink, Reinkers.

I have got several questions about where I buy the paper. I get mine in the store Clas Ohlson.

I have put Crackle Accents on the hearts. Most of the embelisshments are from Magnolia. The tag and butterflies are from Panduro. The papers are also from Magnolia.

I have also added Stickles-Star Dust on the image and on the flowers. The whole card is sprayed with Glimmer Mist-Pearl. Again I have used som adhesive foam to lift up some of the papers.

I am going to send this card up to a bookstore at a place called Kjøpsvik. They are selling Magnolia stamps there, and asked for a sample card. So if you live nearby, you will probably see this card "live" in the store:))

Magnolia Wedding ~ entering Friday Sketchers #102

Now I am back with a new card:) I saw my DT-friend Tanja's sketch over at Friday Sketchers, and loved it!! And I knew I had to make a card after it.

I am so excited about the Wedding Collection release from Magnolia, so I made a wedding card with the two stamps I got when I was making projects for Magnolia Ink #2. Yes, they are two single stamps masked together. The sentiment is from Stempelglede.

I have coloured the image with Distress Ink, Reinkers.

Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose

Hair: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain, Vintage Photo.

Edwin's suit: Black Soot

Tilda's dress: Tattered Rose, Walnut Stain.

Flowers: Tattered Rose, Aged Mahogany

I have put Stickles-Star Dust and Crackle Accents on Tilda's crown and flowers. It makes them a bit 3D and glittering:) 

I have painted the metal-photocorner with Crackle Paint-Picket Fence to give it the white-aged look that I love. And it fit perfect for weddings. Tilda has got some pearls on her ears:)

The papers are from Maja Design. Last year collection. I have sewed the papers edges and inked them with walnut stain.

Friday Sketchers #49 ~Mumur's sketch

My friend Mumur has made a gorgeous sketch for this week at Friday Sketchers. I had a look through last years stamps and found this cute one. Who still is one of my favourite. It is by Elisabeth Bell for Sugar Nellie.

The reflective girl is coloured with Distress Ink. And I have used the paper from Making Memories, Passport.
I have made an opening on the front.

All the edges are sewed. The flowers are from Prima. And I think the buttons are from Buttons Galore. The metal butterfly is from Unik Hobby.

Friday Sketchers #42

My friend Mumur has made the sketch for Friday Sketchers this week. It is so lovely. And I made a card with this cute apple girl:)

She is coloured with Distress Ink.
All the papers (3) are from Fancy Pants, vintage summer. I think they are just perfect for this image.
To make the circles I have used a circle punch from Fiskars.

FRIDAY SKETCHERS ~28~ MUMUR

Here is my card for the Friday Sketchers this week. They had a lovely sketch made by my friend Mumur!!
These two girls are decorating the tree. I made one blue and one red (with Distress Ink), and did the same with the papers from 3ndy papir (used the red & blue). The round post-stamp is also from Magnolia.

The flower is from Prima, and the leafs are punched out from my Pine Needle Punch.

Here is my card for the Friday Sketchers challenge 7.

All the papers are from Prima, and the Cavalier Collection. I think they are just fantastic. And they all smell like an old library!:) Haha! The flowers are also from Prima, and the metal embellishment are from Memories Keepers. Except from the hearts, they are from Unik Hobby.

I am going to give this card to my wonderful husband tomorrow, so hope he likes it;) We have been married for ONE year! (Oh.. it's actually today(23 th), the time passed midnight.. it flies when I'm on my computer)

FRIDAY SKETCHERS ~4~/ Tilda & Co Challenge 21

Åååå, som jeg har savnet Magnolia'ne mine! Har blitt en stund siden sist.. Men med Heidi sin skisse til Friday Sketchers utfordringen, så jeg min sjanse;) Jeg hiver meg også med i siste liten hos Tilda & Co Utfordringen. Der deler av/på kortet skal være revet!

Oooohhh, I've really missed my Magnolias. Have been a while since my last Magnolia card.. But now with Heidi's sketch for Friday Sketchers I have my chance;). I will also in the last minute partisipate in Tilda & Co Challenge 21. There they will se my torn/tare work!

Edwin er malt med Distress Refiller, "Det er din dag"-tekst er ifra Kreativ Hobby. Pynt igjen ifra Tim Holtz. Papir ifra My Mind's Eye, Bohemia (begge). Har raspet en del kanter, og som (nesten) alltid svertet dem med Color Box fluid Chalk, Dark Brown (tar det over på en svamp, ellers blir det for mye farge). Fotohjørner er Cavallini & Co sine, og fåes hos Papirloftet. Vingene og rosene er "dandert" med 3D-lim.

Edwin is coloured with Distress Refillers. "Det er din dag/ It's your day"-text is from Kreativ Hobby. I have decorated again with Tim Holtz's great stuff. The papers are from My Mind's Eye, Bohemia (both). I have roughen some of the edges, and as (almost) always used my Color Box, Dark Brown for the edges. Photo corners are from Cavallini & Co, I got them at Papirloftet. On the wings, and the roses I have added som 3D fluid glue (3D Crystal Lacquer).

Her er den flotte skissen til Heidi. Jeg måtte sette de to "billettene" på motsatt side. Det passet liksom best med Edwin;)

Here You can see Heidi's great sketch. I had to put the tickets on the opposite side. It suited Edwin best;)

Here is my card for this week's Friday Sketchers.

Her er en søt figur fra siste hAnglar-kittet. Han er fargelagt med Distress Ink. "Klem"-tekst er fra Kreativ Hobby. Swirls er min favoritt swirl, fra Stempelglede. Kjetting og diverse stæsj er fra Jim Holtz, utrolig masse kult du kan lage med det nye som har kommet. Jeg handlet hos Papirloftet. De nydelige papirene er fra 3ndy Papir og Graphic 45 (igjen!!)

Here is a cute figure from the last hAnglar kit. He is coloured with Distress Ink. "Klem(Hug)"-text is from Kreativ Hobby. The swirl is my favourite swirl, from Stempelglede. Ball chain is from Jim Holtz, which I bought at Papirloftet. They are sooo cool!! Love them;) The beautiful papers are from 3ndy Papir and Graphic 45 (I love to use them;))

FRIDAY SKETCHERS ~2~

Now it's time for the second challenge at Friday Sketchers. I had to make this card before I went to bed, cause my grandmother who is a busy lady, needed this card before she is going on holiday.. So here I am, almost at one o'clock at night!! It looks kind of simple, but it isn't!:) And it has a surprise to...;)

The word "Dåp" means Christening. And under you can see the surprise!:
You can open it, and inside there is a definition of the word "Baby".

I have used the image from Sugar Nellie, designed by Rachelle Anne Miller. The hidden text is from Papirloftet. The papers are from Making Memories and 3ndy papir, I bought them at Kreativ Hobby. The letters are thickers from American Crafts. The flowers are from Prima. And the heart charms I bought at Unik Hobby.
